Widescope AB · Manufacturing consultancy

Broad vision. Precise execution.

We help manufacturing companies solve the problems that slow them down — and we work alongside your team until it runs.

Step 01

Analyze

We start on your floor — mapping how parts, data and decisions actually move through your shop.

Step 02

Solve

We fix the constraint, not the symptom — in the design, the program or the process, wherever it lives.

Step 03

Optimize

We tune it, measure it, and make it stick — so the improvement is still there after we leave.

01

Engineering & design

The decisions nobody has time to make

Mechanical engineering and design support for the problems that stall production — fixturing, tooling, part revisions, and the design-for-manufacturing decisions nobody has time to make.

02

Workflow analysis

From quote to finished part, minus the friction

We follow the work from quote to finished part and remove the friction: handoffs, rework loops, waiting. Practical changes your team keeps using long after the project ends.

03

CAM programming

Toolpaths your machines and operators can trust

Reliable, efficient NC programs for milling and turning — clean templates, standardized tool libraries, and toolpaths your machines and your operators can trust.

04

Simulation adoption

A capability you keep — not a report you file

We don't run your simulations for you. We help you make machine simulation a working part of your own CAM process: the right platform, accurate machine and fixture models, and programmers trained to trust what they see.

Once it's in place, every program passes through it — and crashes get caught on screen, where they cost minutes instead of spindles.

Probing

Machines that measure their own work

A touch probe turns the machine into its own inspector. We help you put probing to work across production: automated measuring reports straight from the machine, in-process control that updates offsets before parts drift out of tolerance, and safety cycles that confirm the right part, the right fixture and the right zero — every cycle, with no one standing and watching.

“The greatest vulnerability in any supply chain is the assumption that a process will run exactly as it was modeled.”
